Airdrop Criteria

Please convey to the team the Reasons Why Linea Should Not Only Focus on LXP:

  1. New User Surge on Surge: Before Surge (April 2024), there were probably only 500K-1M addresses, but Surge brought in 1.5-2M new users focusing on LXP alone ignoring the majority.

  2. LXP Doesn’t Reflect Real Contribution: Many new users have low LXP , but are active with high LXP-L, on-chain transactions, and large liquidity on Surge.

  3. Network Growth from Surge: Surge is the main driver of Linea’s TVL and adoption—value the real activity of new users, not just old points like LXP.

  4. Sybil Filter Could Be More Flexible: 1500 LXP might catch Sybil, but it also removes genuine users who joined later LXP-L and on-chain data could be a balancing factor.

  5. Inclusivity for All: Using only LXP feels like prioritizing early adopters Linea needs to acknowledge the contributions of all phases, including Surge, for a fair community.

What are you talking about, 90% of SURGE’s liquidity has already left the network 0 commitment SURGE should be seen as a % of APR… So don’t expect much…

  1. Many people are saying that they came in through Studio Park, but there are also individuals who only started doing it after the park opened. I’ve been playing for almost half a year before I found out about POH and LXP. By the time I learned about them, the park had just opened. I checked the GAS, and it was a bit high, so I didn’t do the tasks. Later, when I saw that upgrading by cutting Kun lowered the GAS, I started doing it. Now I have around 1300 LXP. If it’s true that those with less than 1500 LXP who joined the park later don’t count, then why didn’t they make it so only old users with LXP could participate when the park was created? Why attract so many new people to join? When more people get involved, they start sending messages everywhere, saying we’re doing tasks with tens or hundreds of millions of addresses, acting like we’re so awesome and about to issue coins—are these people not human anymore?

It’d be better to set it up like this: no requirements for the first phase, 1000 LXP for the second phase, 2000 for the third, 3000 for the fourth, and keep increasing it. That way, newbies wouldn’t need to join. We’d only want old users, loyal users. If you didn’t come at the start, no need to come now. If you came but didn’t complete all the tasks, no need to come either.

My friend they were Culture SZN (almost free) with total 495 LXP. Intract campaigns and linea activation campaigns with 450 lxp total after linea park. You could have more than 2k LXP without doing 100% of the tasks. There is no excuse for people claiming the joined linea park and having less than 1500 lxp.

True my friend @user1670

90% ? Where this data comefrom?

how much Lxp distributed after surge starting? less than 1k

Let’s wait for tokenomics first.

Then we can discuss criteria. It will all depends on how much token is allocated to airdrop. If Linea team give generous %, criteria doesn’t need to be tightened.

What is the point of this comment? You dont need to have lxp to be eligible for lxp-l rewards. It has been stated multiply times

Tokenomics are irrelevant. We are discussing fair allocation here. Your comment is meaningless.
