There is no point in these tiers and ranks, except for a clash of heads of the community with the purpose of farming engagement. Everyone knows the outstanding ones, everyone knows the trash and scam, the rest are ± on the same level. Do not devalue.

Not everyone, as you mentioned, understands the differences between certain NFT projects what one adds versus what another brings. If a project delivers more, it could potentially move up in the “tier” system in the future. It all depends on how the project develops; it’s not something fixed.
