450k sybil is a very good number, but I don’t think it is enough.

It’s actually 516,960 wallets which I believe is very very impressive, it’s actually impossible to eliminate all the the Sybil, and not that they also allowed small farmers with up to 20 wallets which in my opinion is good. So I believe that is the more reason why a tier system is necessary.
They should also apply a minimum lxp for qualification, I noticed some wallets even have 1lxp, 10 lxp etc a minimum of 1500 will be very good

Yes, 1500 LXP is idle. Also, we can push it little to 2000 LXP with condition applied.

Let’s suppose to be eligible you need 2000 LXP,

You have 1300-1700 LXP, still you can be eligible if you meet certain conditions.

Conditions:

1. Participated in a minimum X number of campaigns / quests
2. Interacted and engaged with Linea ecosystem through Discord/X/Forum/etc.
3. Have a Linea’s specific Guild/Discord role
4. Minimum X amount of liquidity provided for 2 volts
5. Holding at least 20-50% airdrop tokens from other Layer-2 blockchains (Keep away dumpers)
6. Be an active Community member and hold tokens / NFTs from Linea ecosystem projects Like Efrogs, Efroglet, Croaks, Bunny, Foxy, Linus, etc.
7. Gas fee spent X amount

Fulfill any 3 of the above conditions to be eligible for the 2000 LXP threshold

You can also add other conditions and even change all the conditions with new ones as per your needs to slash 100s of farmers who dump 100% all token on TGE, don’t care about project.

Are you not aware that lxp already contained lxp from OG linear NFT collections ?
Are you also aware that LXP already contain those designs transactions ? people are taking about number of transactions, active months, this can easily be gamed by bots and farmers, because other projects have used them so they already anticipated that this is exactly the kinds of things they like.
But what they cant gamed is lxp because it has already been distributed
he also already covers multiplier for gas fee for people who joined b4 Cancum upgrade.
I belive if you take your time to read the proposal it covers all the basis
