Final proposal for $LINEA Airdrop eligibility and distribution base on community feedback!$$$$

This is the best distribution model I have seen here so far. Great work

I have never seen a more greedy set of people than those in Web3. Linea already gave you an opportunity to acquire points by buying NFTs. Some bought as much as 10 even more. Left everyone who could not afford to buy an NFT in the dust.

Yet you still want the team to remove people who acquire their points legitimately because they do not meet a certain threshold?
So the chain is meant to be used only by those people well resourced to buy NFTs or participate fully in a 2 year campaign ?
If Linea wants adoption, removing lower LXP holders is not the route.

Remove sybils yes.
Remove wallets with very limited onchain activity yes.
Give bonuses based on early usage because gas was more expensive yes.
Give bonuses based on continued usage long after the campaign yes.

But removing people because they are not fully vested here yet participated in some form ā€¦ Well Linea will end up with a Ghost chain the same way ZKsync struggled after the airdrop. All the people who got the largest airdrops moved their new found liquidity elsewhere.

Just because a person starts activities late does not mean that they will be rewarded tremendously. Another person may have been striving from the beginning.

the good method is set the multiplier base on gas/ onchain activities and after that. Set the minimum threshold to remove the user who dont have enough contribution to this project.

The best approach is to look at everything as a whole rather than focusing on a single item. A point-based system is the most effective, but your proposal lacks clear criteria and needs more specificity in certain areas.

For example:

Holders of the eFrogs NFT: 6 points
Holders of NFTs like Linpus Crew, Bunny Universe, and Frogletes: 3 points
Holders of other project NFTs: 1 point
In my opinion, NFTs valued at $1 or $5, like ā€œLinus Egg,ā€ should be worth 1 point, which is reasonable. Providing liquidity to LXP-L through the 6 vaults could add +1 point.

I also liked that you included points for the forum community because a strong and engaged community is the foundation of any project. There are other factors that could be considered, but thatā€™s up to Linea.

Given the number of hyped posts and different approaches being discussed, I believe they will make the right decision and implement the airdrop based on a point and tier system, as that would be the fairest way for everyone. Linea is a broad ecosystem with multiple components. The NFT point distribution I suggested was just an example ultimately, the exact scoring for each factor is up to Linea.

stop spamming the same message in multiple topics @arttifex. Hello @Chinzilla, please ban this guy

Show me a screenshot where I spammed my messages in multiple places as you claim. Now, is sharing my opinion in different topics considered spamming? As far as I know, spam is copy-pasting the same message. Adding my thoughts and approach to different discussions on the same topic is not spam. Just because my opinion or approach bothers you doesnā€™t mean itā€™s spam. Do you think youā€™re in some kind of dictatorship?

And just to clarify once again, spam is when I copy and paste the exact same message word for word. Now, saying that simply sharing my ideas in different topics is spamming? So if I come across other topics, Iā€™m supposed to change my perspective just for the sake of it?

But no worries Iā€™ve already shared everything I wanted to in the relevant topics. From now on, Iā€™ll just be reading, as there are already excellent topics in this forum. And honestly, if giving my opinion means dealing with these kinds of messages, Iā€™d rather not. Thanks, and thatā€™s all. @longvt098

yes user with 2000 LXp should earn 0. they are most the bots and farm

Not a bad idea

It does not make sense. I have lxp lower than 2000 why I am eliminated. They can look other metrics like wallet activity, lxpl points, community nft holders(efrogs linpuss universebunny beaver) for users less than 2000 lxp. If I have one of them it proves that I am not sybil.

It doesnā€™t prove anything. But if a number of parameters show that you are an active participant, then why not. Filters should be complex, not linear and stupid.

Linea Airdrop distribution is not going to focused solely on LXP and LXP-L its going to be one of the criteria

I think when thinking about eligibility criteria, some of the strongest factors should be also usage of Metamask wallet and swaps inside the Metamasks.
