Creating an Idea Hub

I think developers should think about creating an Idea hub.
Example of an idea: I was just scrolling through the Dapps page on Linea Hub, looking at all sorts of apps, and I would like to see reviews about this.
I want to suggest this idea to developers, but I don’t know where to go. I think an idea hub will solve this problem and give a significant boost to the development of the entire ecosystem. Also Idea hub may make the community more decentralized. I think.
