Verifying smart contract deployed with remix

I am trying to verify a contract I just deployed with hardhat and keep on running into this problem:

What error is it and what JSON this could be? I checked the syntax everywhere.

I have deployed smart contract through Remix, metamask txn successful, however, contract not deployed. what is the possible reason to that ??? is that the code has been changed or something else ???
