Linea finally has its own Perpetual DEX

After months of testing and technological improvements, I’m proud to announce that Denaria is live (exclusively) on Linea L2.

What is Denaria?
Denaria is the first Linea-exclusive perpetual DEX built entirely around a novel virtual AMM architecture, which we call the “dynAMM.” Unlike CLOBs or static vAMMs, Denaria’s dynAMM dynamically adjusts liquidity every time a trade is executed, ensuring efficient pricing and better risk distribution, all onchain.

Why did we choose Linea?
We believe that Linea is the L2 with the strongest value alignment with Denaria. Values such as permissionlessness, transparency, and being DeFi-native guided the development of our perpetual DEX, which is fully onchain and operates without intermediaries or market makers. We think Linea is the perfect L2 to deploy this perp, as its ecosystem is more aligned than any other with core Ethereum values.

Denaria status and what’s next
The dynAMM smart contracts were deployed on Linea L2 a few days ago, and Phase 1 of our mainnet process has just started. For now, usage of the perp is internally gated to the team only, as an initial testing period is required before opening access to a broader audience.

Denaria onboarded 8,700 users during its testnet, which shows strong market demand for perpetual DEXs that don’t rely on CLOBs or offchain execution systems.

The gates will open very soon. If you don’t want to miss the opportunity to be among the first to try this innovative perpetual DEX and participate in the mainnet DXP points campaign, we suggest following our X profile (@DenariaFinance).

Time to accelerate. Linea deserves its own perpetual DEX, and Denaria is here for that.

Perfect summary. I might add that we spent a lot of time designing the dynAMM architecture specifically to leverage Linea’s capabilities, rather than simply forking existing code.

We are currently stress-testing the protocol in our closed Alpha build to ensure maximum security before public release.

The first market will be BTC/USDC, but we are working to include ETH immediately.

A major achievement and, in my opinion, an excellent roadmap.

If I may add a thought, one aspect I find particularly relevant in this journey is the gradual approach chosen for the mainnet release.

In the perpetual DEX landscape, the discussion often focuses on performance or features, while much less attention is given to the work required to make complex onchain mechanisms—such as dynamic pricing and risk management—truly sustainable. The fact that Denaria is validating the dynAMM in a restricted initial phase before opening it to the public clearly points in that direction: building solid foundations rather than rushing into a premature launch.

In this context, Linea is a particularly suitable environment, not only for its technical characteristics, but because it enables testing genuinely onchain DeFi solutions without compromising on transparency or relying on hybrid offchain architectures.

If this is the level of care being applied in the early stages, it will be very interesting to see how the protocol evolves as markets and user access progressively open up.
