Hello, I have a pending transaction for 4 days, I was able to solve one with the solution of sending 0 tokens, but now the transaction to self is pending, what should I do?!

You need to set the gas settings for it appropriately. Make sure the priority fee gwei is 2-3, if the initial transaction was a lot lower, to make sure it goes through and set everything else higher than what your stuck transaction with the lowest nonce had.
