If you want maximized effect, let Nansen associate unaffected with affected ADS wallets by common patterns, this will add the remaining 70-80% of unaffected ADS-users wallets, and include the L0 list, in addition to the high LXP thresholds  
So far you’re just responding to those who, having lost a small portion, are greedily trying to fight for every wallet they have.
